About Me
My TCM Treatment Philosophy
I am a firm believer that human body has its own self-healing capability and acupuncture works by triggering that innate self-healing capability.
I am a passionate acupuncturist. I love treating patients and genuinely feeling joy while I treat patients. I feel privileged to be in a position of helping people relieve from their pains or recover from their illnesses.
I am also a firm believer of mind-body connection and that our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. This mindset is well ingrained into my day-to-day treatment principles, and has formed an integral part of my holistic treatment approach.
Besides being a licensed acupuncturist, I am a longtime practitioner of Taichi, Qigong, and Meditation - they are part of my daily life. I often teach patients how to practice Qigong. For certain conditions, it has been one of the modalities in the holistic treatment plan.

What I Treat
Some common complaints for which acupuncture is sought are pain management, headache, internal medicine issues, infertility and women’s health. Acupuncture’s ability to increase the function of the immune system make it suitable for addressing autoimmune disorders, and the common cold or flu.
Additionally, acupuncture's ability to promote the parasympathetic nervous system, makes it suitable for addressing digestive health and other stress-induced complaints. It can also manage stress and/or mental health issues.
Acupuncture is an excellent complement to Western medicine treatments for many of these disorders.
